Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in the services provided. Prior to the booking, I communicated that I would have limited access to my phone for two of the four days Alyssa would be caring for my dog. However, I still anticipated receiving pictures, videos, or general updates about how he was doing, especially knowing I would be unable to check in regularly. Unfortunately, I did not receive any. Additionally, although Alyssa was booked until 9 p.m., she ended up leaving around 2:30 p.m. on the final day. I did not arrive home until approximately 8 p.m. and had anticipated that my dog would receive another potty break around 5–6 p.m. before her duties concluded. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, my dog was sitting by the front door crying and waiting to be let outside. This was particularly disappointing given his age and bathroom needs. On a positive note, Alyssa’s rates are affordable, which I appreciate. I believe that with better communication, consistent updates, and adherence to the agreed-upon care schedule, the overall experience could have been much better. I would be open to booking with her again if she were receptive to constructive feedback and willing to make these improvements.

She’s amazing with Cassius. Listen to all directions. He looks super happy with her. She’s a lifesaver, especially with mine and my husband‘s new schedule.

Alysa prepared with all the details ahead of time. She was on time and lovely. My dog, who is very picky, loved her. My dog is elderly and gave Alysa a hard time the first day, but she showed me she liked her and wanted her the next day. We will continue to book with her whenever we live in the area. I wish we lived closer!

I have been working with Alysa for awhile now and I have thoroughly enjoyed the way she has cared for my pets. Alysa has great communicational skills and is detailed oriented. She is loving to my pets and I feel assured that my pets are safe while under her care. I can count on her on providing phenomenal pet care and this is why I continue working with Alysa.

Alysa was the best pet sitter! She stayed at my place and played and cuddled with my cats Zoe and Tora. Having her there made it easier for me to be on vacation and not have to worry about them not being fed or being lonely. She would send me pictures of them to let me know they were doing great. I was gone for two weeks and it’s was honestly a blessing to have someone care for my fur-babies as if they were her own animals! You can see the passion she has for our lovely fur family members!

Jordan is all about the happiness, love and safety of all living beings, especially for our furry friends by always being on time for their daily regimes that most pawrents like to keep! She is kind and respectful of pets space and gives them the care deserved through frequent bathroom breaks, walks, feeding times and thorough play to ensure energy is spent wisely whether it be for cats or dogs! She keeps their spaces clean and with a flexible schedule allows for most time to spend with a loved furry one! Always know they are in good hands with her to ensure they are well taken care of
