My family always had a lot of pets in our home, at one point, we had 9. I have experience with both small and large dogs, including an Alabai (a Central Asian Shepherd — a very strong and protective breed) and a Pomeranian. We also had cats, kittens, and even a chinchilla, so I’m very comfortable around different animals and personalities. Since moving to Barcelona, I’m not allowed to have pets at home, and I really miss having animals in my life. That’s why I decided to become a pet sitter, my life feels incomplete without animals. Even though I have experience with large dogs, I currently prefer working with small to medium-sized dogs to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort for both of us. I understand different temperaments and have experience with more emotional or reactive dogs (my Pomeranian had anger issues 😄), but I feel most comfortable with friendly and calm pets. I’m responsible, attentive, and I always treat pets with care, patience, and respect, as if they were my own. I’m also happy to send updates and photos during walks so you feel calm and secure while you’re away :) Languages: English, Russian. Based in Barcelona.

Safety, trust & environment
I always prioritize safety and follow the owner’s instructions very carefully, I’m a bit of a control freak haha. I make sure your dog feels calm and comfortable, avoid stressful situations, and stay very attentive during walks. I keep dogs on a leash unless told otherwise and always treat them with patience, care, and respect.
Ratings and reviews
Alyona was fantastic! She came over early to learn about the house and see where we kept everything for Jezebel + Coco. She sent a bunch of images + videos throughout the time we were away. She was also super helpful with making sure she got the little quirks of both dogs and our apartment. She was super tidy + when she left put sheets in the wash + dryer. It was unexpected + wonderful! She was a delight to have + both dogs were happy with long walks + trips to the park!
Alyona made a great impression from the very beginning, we connected instantly, and most importantly, she built a natural connection with Loki as well. He was genuinely happy to be around her, and you could clearly feel the trust between them. During the walk, they played a lot, and her positive, calm vibe made the whole experience even better. She came across as very responsible and someone you can truly trust with your dog ❤️
