I absolutely adore all animals
I worked in the vet industry since I was about 17 years old as a veterinary technician. I found another full time job in the healthcare industry in Cancer research about a year and a half ago. But I still kept my veterinary job until recently. I left the vet industry to open up my availability to be around animals in a more intimate way such as dog walking, house sitting, etc. I am experienced with most animals since I grew up with a lot of my own. Over the years my family has owned ducks, chickens, horses, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, rabbits, cows and guinea pigs so I am experienced with several different types of animals!

We highly recommend Alydia with your cats. She gets right there on the floor with your cats to make them more comfortable. We are so happy that we found Alydia.
Alydia took such great care of our three boys!! One of our cats was recovering from surgery and required special needs and she took such good care of him. She sent lots of pictures and gave us frequent updates.
Our giant doofus of a dog loved her. She took care of not only the dog and cat but also two dramatic pigs and two stubborn goats. When we had last-minute scheduling hiccups she was flexible and understanding. We're grateful we found her!

Schedule
I’m currently working full time but I have a work from home job that is flexible so I am able to bring my laptop and work phone. I go in office to work in Nashville a 1 day out of the week but I can always change the days around so I am very flexible!

Safety, trust & environment
I know pet safety so I will keep a dog on the leash at all times unless there is a fence to put them in. Also if I need to bring any animals to my house I have a crate I can keep them in. I have a yard with a fence that I would watch them under my direct supervision at all times.
A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs mentally and physically. I have a ton of toys in the back yard for them to play with. Fetch is a favorite! I also can take them on long walks.
