Dog & Cat lover, full time sitter!
I’m a full-time dog sitter and I’ve been doing this for over 3 years. I have experience with all types and sizes of dogs, elderly pups, and with giving medication so long as it is oral or topical. I lead with a loving & confident demeanor so that your dog feels safe and cared for. I’ve never met a dog that didn’t make me giggle at their adorable and unique personality- I’m in awe of them! They are such incredible animals and we are so lucky to have them :) and I will be honored to get to care for your little cutie like they are my own while you are away!

As far as caring for pets in your own home, I ask for a written guide as to what your pet’s normal feeding and walking routine is so that I can stick as close to it as possible to keep your pet from having to adjust to too much change while you’re gone!

Alycia took great care of my dachshund Sunny as well as my house and was a very good sport about both his clingy nature and his very early wake up time. And Sunny loved her.
Alycia is wonderful! Kisa the cat loved her immediately and wanted to cuddle up in bed with her. She is an old lady has trouble going #2 in her litterbox often but Alycia graciously handled the cleanups. She let me know immediately when she became aware of a medical issue! Alycia left the place tidy and filled with good energy--could hardly tell someone had been staying here for a few days. Alycia has a wonderful friendly, warm and kind way about her. It is no surprise the kitty was so fond. Would absolutely work with her again!
Alycia was a dream to work with. Our two dogs warmed to her straightaway (particularly impressive as our older dog can be skittish with new people), and she was very thoughtful and communicative throughout while we were on vacation abroad. She went above and beyond when our younger dog was unwell, and she handled the situation with the utmost care and due diligence. She also left our house spotless, which was an added bonus! We would definitely book Alycia again, and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Alycia was awesome! She sent pictures frequently, asked questions about Rose and sent daily updates. I could tell by the pictures Rose really bonded with her. Alycia did puzzles and activities with Rose. Rose was a happy pup when we returned and the house was cleaner than when we left. Thank you so much for taking care of our pup we couldn't have asked for a better sitter.
Such a good sitter! We were nervous to use Rover and the nerves evaporated once we did a meet & greet with Alycia. She was skilled in her approach to our pup during the meet & greet, who she won over in a few minutes. I told her our pup did not love city walking, and she took the time to drive her to the park for walks while we were gone <3 She also sent consistent photos and I could tell from the photos that our pup has eased up and was super comfortable and happy to be around her. Alycia also took great care of our home while house sitting. 10/10 best in town!
Alycia was punctual and gave frequent updates on our two pups, including pictures. She was respectful of our home and left our house clean and tidy. Our dogs really felt so at home and comfortable with her, right from the first meet & greet. Her thoughtfulness gave us the utmost confidence our babies were in the right hands. We would definitely choose Alycia again next time!

Schedule
I am currently self-employed, so I make my own schedule. I generally work 6 hours at a time max, so I’m never needing to be away from the home for more than that time period at once.
