For my schedule, as of right now, I’m completely free as I am currently in between jobs. I can care for your pets from early in the morning to late at night, even in the middle of the night if needed!

Please let me know exactly what you need me to do for your pet! I know every animal is different so as long as you’re thorough and detailed, I won’t have any problem caring for them! I’ve never taken care of a special needs animal before, but again as long as you tell me what needs to be done, I can do it. I’ve taken care of senior dogs and cats before so I understand the patience and extra care that comes with that. Again, just let me know what you need exactly and I’ll tell you if I am able to or not!
A typical day
On a typical day of caring for your furbaby (depending on what you need me to do), I will feed them, make sure they have enough water, give them treats and lots of pets, play with them for as long as the dog/cat wants, clean the litter box, go for walks, let them outside, give them their oral medication, and so on!

Pet care experience
For 24 years, I’ve been around all kinds of animals. From farm to wildlife, and of course, domestic. I’ve always been fascinated with dogs. Before I became a pet parent myself, it was a passion of mine to learn about all of the amazing dog breeds that are out there and their behaviors to understand them better. Since then, I’ve always been a proud dog owner and have taken care of many different breeds, small and large alike. But don’t get me wrong — I’m a proud cat owner as well! I have developed a deep understanding of our feline friends since I adopted my own cat from Potsdam Humane Society back in 2021. My love for animals doesn’t just stop at my fur babies, but I love and care for every animal I meet as if they were my own!

I couldn't have been happier with Alycia's pet care. My dogs warmed up to her right away, and she kept me updated via texts and with pictures. She also was available on short notice, which really helped us out! She is a lovely young lady and really has a way with pups!
Alicia is the best! My boy loved her and she was very in tune with his needs. Her experience was valuable for me to learn from. He was so happy after his walk to have a special friend :)
Alycia is reliable and caring and I appreciated the time she took with my cats when she visited. I would definitely book Alycia again for cat care!
I hired Alycia for drop-in visits over a long weekend (3 days). Prior to hiring her, we had a meet & greet with my 2 little dogs and my cat. Alycia seemed very kind and my pets took to her immediately. We discussed their personalities and the things they each like and dislike. While I was away, Alycia sent me updates and lots of photos during each of her drop-ins, which was very reassuring. She took them for walks each day, which was not expected but very much appreciated. I'm sure they enjoyed her energy as they are high energy pups! I came home to very happy pets and would definitely hire Alycia again.
