I am a Software Engineer currently working from home. I typically have a lot of flexibility for walks and engagement needed for your pup. During the work week I can be available for drop in visits walks in the morning afternoon, and evenings. Happy to take them to nearby parks. I have been fostering this year and that has also well equipped me being adaptive to dogs needs. (walking more frequently, engagement feeding) I when available I can do house sitting on weekends.

Any house rules that are established I will respect 100%. I believe house sitting to be a really good route to allow pups to stay calm during your leave, so my main focus is to ensure to create a welcoming environment. I can follow their day to day walking and feeding schedule.

Any special accommodations please inform me prior to confirming a booking, I am happy to account for most things. For daycare please note I have a 55lb German Shepard who is dog and people friendly, but if your pup is a bit shy or reactive I can work with that can keep them isolated as I have two floors.

I have a back yard that I can have for ball time and can walk your pup for 30-40 minutes at a time. I also have mental stimulation toys such as a slow treat dispenser to keep your pup stimulated. I am also happy to take your pup to a nearby park or dog park

I am an owner 4 year old Tripawd German Shepard (Cleo). With raising her I am comfortable with dogs with medical needs or attention. As well because of her breed I have a good aptitude in training dogs. I actually started fostering this year, and have worked with the shelter to transition pups into their forever homes. I have fostered from young pups to adorable rowdy adults. I am patient and look out for the best needs of the pup. I am actively learning new ways to engage and encourage reinforcing positive behaviors such as good leash manners, house manners, and outdoor manners. I can help reinforce any structure you have for you pup while you are away.

Alvaro took great care of our dog, Violet, and I’m so happy we found him! He offered to feed Violet dinner and even picked her up when she was afraid to go down the stairs. What initially drew me to Alvaro’s profile was that he has a dog about the same size as mine. His profile mentioned his dog is dog-friendly and so is mine, so I thought it would be a great fit. He shared photos of the pups playing and getting sniffy, which was very appreciated. I would not hesitate to reach out and rebook when we are visiting the area. Thank you Alvaro!
Very responsible pet sitter. He was flexible with our schedule and very respectful of our home. We were at ease during our entire trip. I was nervous because my dog has a lot of energy and he’s a “giant” breed but Alvaro is very experienced and went above and beyond when taking care of our two dogs. I would definitely be using his services again and I highly recommend him! Thank you Alvaro!!
