Myself and Ben have both grown up surrounded by family pets and have always had a huge love for animals. Over the years, we've been the go-to pet sitters for family and friends, caring for dogs and cats for anything from a single day to several weeks at a time. Sadly, we lost our beloved 18-year-old cat last year. While we're not quite ready for another permanent furry family member, we would love the opportunity to share our home, care, and affection with your pets. We understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy, and well looked after while you're away. Whether it's walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, sticking to their usual routine, or simply providing companionship, we're happy to help. We'll treat your pet as if they were our own and make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and care.

I highly recommend Anthea & Ben! I have no words to express how grateful I am for their patience, kindness, and care with Uno. Sadie's two night stay went very positively with this sitter 😊 We had a very good initial meet and greet and felt very comfortable leaving Sadie in their home. I appreciated a couple of updates during her stay and was happy to see her settling in well! Sadie is an older and quieter dog and this sitter provided for her needs very well. I would definitely recommend this sitter based on my experience.
Absolutely recommend this lovely couple 100%! Their love for animals is totally genuine 💕 Bella clearly felt at home with Althea & Ben from the very first meet & greet. I had no concerns at all leaving Bella in their care. My only worry was that Bella wouldn’t want to come home when time came for collection 🤣. I have already booked Bella with them for later in the year as I’m very comfortable & happy leaving Bella in their capable hands. ❤️
Anthea and her partner are a lovely couple. They made me feel very reassured about leaving Uno with them for the first time. They made a great effort to get to know Uno before his one-week stay, which I really appreciated. I was very pleased to meet them, and I felt confident that Uno was in safe and caring hands. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of him!
Althea and Ben have been looking after our 2 Westies for 3 years now. They love having the dogs and the dogs love going to them. They are very caring and attentive with the doggies and we can relax knowing they are in the best hands.

Schedule
I currently work from home full time Monday - Friday and my partner is at home 2-3 days during the week; this means we are on hand to give your pet the best care.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a home with a flat, secure garden, perfect for supervised outdoor time, and an open-plan living space downstairs. We do not have any other pets or children so if any specifics are needed (i.e dog beds / crate) these will have to be provided.
