Doggy camp!
Years of experience with various dog breeds specifically high energy. I worked in my family’s dog kennel and grooming business growing up. We have dog bedrooms instead of kennels, dogs get plenty of space and comfort. House boarding details* I have 45 acres set off the road, safe!! Also swimming access for the dogs! Making sure your dog is as comfortable as they are at home! Exercise and cuddles are a priority here

Our two guys had a wonderful time with Althea - lots of play outside and fun with other dogs. Althea was super communicative and we got lots of great photos. What a great time at doggy camp!
Althea is our absolute favorite sitter (and our dog's!) Our boy Hugo is always excited to head over there and enjoys the company of other dogs she is boarding/doing daycare for. The daily walk to the lake, the open space to romp, the pictures and updates all make Althea well-worth it. She is SO professional and really works to ensure each dog's comfort.
As always, Althea was helpful, positive and communicative.

Very happy with first time boarding my dog with Althea. She took the time to learn about my dog’s needs and sent lots of pics so I could see my dog way enjoying herself. She spent time with my dog learning her personality and playing 1:1 with her. Also gave good feedback on her observations of my dog during her stay.

Schedule
We own 2 German shorthair pointers which are active so I spending most of the day outside! The dogs join us hiking on our large wooded property with trails and swimming available

40+ Acres set off the road, along a nice pond and 25ft of fenced in dog area with a dog house if dogs need to be in a fenced area. I usually have my dogs off leash at the house because it’s such a large open space and we are outside most of the time! Will take leashed dogs if preferred** Lots of space inside and outside for dogs to enjoy

We love hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, biking. Anything outdoors! Swimming in the summer. Always doing something fun with the dogs on our property enjoying the fresh air and then resting inside for nap time
