Alondra was wonderful! She made sure she fully understood my dogs and my needs before she accepted our booking request. She was always on time and was great at reaching out to me with pupdates along the way. We will gladly be a returning client and are happy to have Alondra as part of our dogs care team. She absolutely gave me peace of mind while traveling without my doggo by my side.
