Hi! I’m an experienced and passionate pet caregiver with a lifelong love for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs. I’ve had hands-on experience caring for my first dog, Rupert, who required patience, consistency, and potty retraining—so I understand the extra care and attention that older pets may need. I currently have two Labrador Retrievers, Bruno and Django, who have both been trained by me. Django is an advanced hunting dog with strong discipline and responsiveness, while Bruno participates in agility training, giving me experience with high-energy dogs and structured exercise routines. Training my own dogs has taught me how to reinforce good behavior, handle different personalities, and keep dogs both mentally and physically engaged. In addition to my personal experience, I’ve also worked at a veterinary clinic, where I gained valuable knowledge about animal health, safety, and handling. This background helps me stay attentive to any signs of discomfort or illness and ensures your pet is in safe, capable hands. Whether your dog needs a calm, patient companion or an active, structured environment, I’m dedicated to providing reliable, loving care tailored to their individual needs.

Almudena (Almu) was fantastic with our Pup. She went above and beyond to make him comfortable and happy. She has a heart for pets and her passion very much shows. Absolutely loved our experience! This was our third booking and our little Milo has such a great time with her and her lovely dogs! Whenever we are in the area we will definitely book again ❤️
Almudena was great at communicating and Freya had a great time at her place. I’ll definitely ask her to watch Freya again in the future. Highly recommend for dogsitting.
This lady is wonderful! On short notice she kept coming to our home too check on and to feed our fur babies. Our shy puppy even warmed up to her demanding more attention than her older sister. We will use this wonderful lady again because she cares.
Almu has been so amazing helping with my senior dog as she has emerging health issues. On this visit she tried different things to make sure my girl was eating well and healthy! I would recommend her to everyone, she will go above and beyond to love on and take care of your fur baby.

I have worked as a veterinary nurse, now looking to fill my free time with all things I love to do, pets are one of them. I am available most days and nights, contact me and I am sure we will work something out.

I offer boarding at my address, i live in a house in Prattville with access to a fully fenced back yard. I live close to parks and walking areas.

A typical day
I have two labradors myself and they are very high energy so they need constant stimulation. They love retrieves, long walks weather allowing, swimming and frozen treats.
