I am a full time student, but my daily schedule is usually flexible. Friday mornings and evenings are usually unavailable, but for now I am relatively free.

I live in downtown Phoenix, so yards are typically not seen in the city. There is a dog park nearby that I take any dogs that I care for at home and there is a dog area in my place that is made for dog relief. When I pet sit for my family and friends at their home I follow the feeding schedules they provide and take their dogs out to pee every 2-4 hours depending on the dogs needs. I also play with the dogs and like to do scavenger hunts with treats! Similarly, I enjoy playing with kittens and cats at home and make sure the area is clean if any throw up or litter is present.

Let me know if your cat or dog has any special needs ahead of time. For example, are they scared of loud noises? Do they lunge at cars, bikes, skateboarders or scooters? Do they like being around people on their walks? Do they bark at other dogs while on walks? Do they pull their leash while they walk? All of these are great to know before a walk as it mentally and physically prepares me. I do not discriminate on how a dog acts on a walk or if a cat is more anxious around new people. I just want to make sure I am fully prepared!
A typical day
I love going on hikes, long walks in rural, suburban or city neighborhoods with my dog and others! Dog parks are always a great place if the owners think it is safe and I love doing scavenger hunts for treats with dogs to stay mentally stimulated! Fetch, keep-away, tug-of-war and other fun games are always a must.

Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs my whole life and understand the essentials a puppy, adult dog or senior dog needs. Since working with Rover I have worked with countless kittens, adult and senior cats too! I understand the patience, hard work and responsibility of being a pet parent. I have been working with Rover since 2022 and absolutely love it! I am capable of walking any size dog or if they require special assistance. I know how hard it is to go walk your dog in Arizona because of the heat, so I am more than happy to wake up early or go for late night walks! I also have experience administering pilled or liquid medications on cats and dogs.
