After a looong break from lockdown 2020, I'm ready to come back to animal care, I miss house sitting so much I really enjoy the experience, it's fun to be in a new neighborhood in an animal friendly home where I can get to know the animals in their own environment. It's like a little staycation with duties and tasks, I really like that. I'm a medium energy person so I really jive with senior pets and cats, I'm not a jogger or speed-walker but I love long walks or hangouts in the backyard. I used to foster puppies and I can certainly handle high energy pups, my favorite combos are moody cats with a new puppy in the house and big dog who is the wise old sibling.

I've been practicing doggie massages, so far great responses from the dogs, seniors can get so stiff and a little blood flowing can definitely help for better movement and a good nights rest.

Wow Alma was AMAZING with my little guy while we vacationed for a week (she also cared for my fish). He can be very tricky and she was so patient and good with him! She sent lots of updates and pics and checked in with us. Really put our minds at ease. Alma also has a great sense of humor and is a wonderful person. Left the house immaculate! HIGHLY recommend Alma - would re-book without hesitation!

Schedule
I'm currently taking a break from being a fulltime Lyft driver, so I'm quite free at the moment. I have been a professional driver for 13 years and I've been a little burnt out.

- I have no breed preferences or restrictions, I'm more concerned about the health and happiness of a dog and any possible social or general insecurities that might cause conflict. I'm not a certified dog trainer but I have a healthy understanding of behavior and body language. Being totally informed of any problems I can prepare for makes for a manageable experience, so please be honest I'm open and friendly. And please set up your Rover profile with all emergency contacts, actual number of dogs in home and veterinary information.
