Allyssa was very attentive with my dog and 2 bunnies. She sent updates and I felt at ease during my time away from my pets.

Allyssa watched our cats and home for the second time this month and did an amazing job. We received daily updates and pictures, and she responded quickly to all of our messages/requests. The cats and house were well cared for and we are so thankful for the peace of mind knowing they were in Allyssa’s hands.

Another great time working with Allyssa! After a long trip out of state, we came home to our house exactly as we left it, and our cats happily cared for. It is such a relief getting cute pictures of the cats while we travel and knowing that they are in good hands. Thank you for all the love and attention you give our boys, Allyssa.

We rebooked Allyssa for another stay with our cats and home. The house looks exactly as we left it and our cats are happy as can be while showing clear signs of having had lots of attention. Allyssa took lots of great pictures of our fur babies and responded quickly to all our messages. Even our painfully shy cat let her brush him. Allyssa was also very patient with our cats’ “unique” schedules and was super accommodating when our flights got delayed. 100% would book Allyssa again for future care. Thanks again, Allyssa!

Unfortunately, this was not our best experience with Rover and using a house sitter. We gave extremely clear instructions and they weren’t followed. We paid an awful amount of money solely for the puppy (not including the other three pets) for the puppy to be unattended most of the day which gave my puppy the opportunity to chew on the walls, carpet, and anything else she could get ahold of. We explained prior to the house sitting to the sitter that we have cameras and where they were located. This was for our protection and the sitter’s. The sitter wasn’t walking the dogs and we could see her picking up poop and pee off our living room floor. We can only imagine what was being done to the carpets upstairs in the bedrooms. To top it off, we saw in the camera footage that she had invited someone over to our house without permission. If the sitter would have asked, we were most likely going to say it’s fine, but it’s the principle. The only thing positive I have to say about this experience is that the house was clean for the most part when we arrived home from our week’s long vacation.
