My name is Allyson, and I’m a work-at-home mom whose favorite coworkers have four legs! I am pet CPR and First Aid certified and mom to a special needs pup of my own. As a volunteer adoption counselor and kennel sitter at the Nebraska Humane Society, I received specialized training in animal care and behavior. I have also nurtured my own personal menagerie for over 30 years—dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, hermit crabs, you name it!

Allyson is very friendly and knowledgeable. She made it known that she genuinely cares about your pet. It was clear that my pup felt very at home from the videos and pictures I received.
If I could give Allyson a 10, I would. I have never been happier being apart from my puppy than seeing him so loved up by Allyson (she has the most incredible doggy momma credentials), only takes in little pups, has the happiest little set-up for them and her young ones and hubby are also big puppy lovers. She was incredible about taking into account our pups' needs and he ran to her and her fellow pups immediately. She sent the most adorable photos and videos and I could not have been happier (and so was my puppy). I told Allyson, I wish she lived near us so I could have my pup go and visit her regularly. She is a very special person and I would trust any dog with her. Thank you Allyson for being amazing. We are so grateful and know when we visit my brother next, our puppy will be with you again.

Allyson did an amazing job caring for our dog. It was clear right away how knowledgeable she is—she really understands dog behavior and was especially attentive to our puppy’s needs. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such capable and caring hands. She kept us updated, was very in tune with Cleo’s behaviors, and handled everything with confidence and care. We’ll absolutely be using her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced sitter.

Allyson was amazing! She quickly returned any messages we sent and was SO flexible on drop off and pick up times. Allyson and her family took in our 13 week old puppy while making me feel confident she would he well taken care of. We never felt rushed during drop off time. She allowed time for our Molly to feel comfortable with the other dogs and the new surroundings before I left. Allyson sent me pictures and videos of Molly interacting with the other dogs. Her house is clean and set up perfectly for keeping your dog safe. The backyard is fenced and allows a very safe area for outdoor play and potty place. We will used her again! I highly recommend Allyson!

Schedule
Being at home full time means I have plenty of availability to love on your furry family members. I try to keep my calendar details up to date at least one month out, and I welcome any inquiries for specific dates farther in the future.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets staying in my home will enjoy a fully-fenced yard with plenty of room to run (and poop). We have a very lazy bichon/shih-tsu mix named Sadie, a tuxedo cat named Carl who thinks he’s a dog, and a goldfish named Titan Finn. Our fur babies can be kept separate from your pets upon request. We also have three kiddos, and although we are diligent about not leaving kids unsupervised with pets, our home is best suited for pups that get along well with children.

A typical day
Your pets can expect lots of interaction and plenty of opportunities to go outside to potty or play throughout the day. Most pups love to keep me company while I work during the day.
