Pets staying in my home will enjoy a fully-fenced yard with plenty of room to run (and poop). We have a very lazy bichon/shih-tsu mix named Sadie, a tuxedo cat named Carl who thinks he’s a dog, and a goldfish named Titan Finn. Our fur babies can be kept separate from your pets upon request. We also have three kiddos, and although we are diligent about not leaving kids unsupervised with pets, our home is best suited for pups that get along well with children.

Your pets can expect lots of interaction and plenty of opportunities to go outside to potty or play throughout the day. Most pups love to keep me company while I work during the day.

As a volunteer adoption counselor and kennel sitter at the Nebraska Humane Society, I received specialized training in animal care and behavior. I have also nurtured my own personal menagerie for over 30 years—dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, hermit crabs, you name it!
