Before caring for a pet, I like to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, favorite activities, and any fears or behavioral concerns. I also like to know about leash manners, commands they know, where supplies are kept, emergency contacts, and anything that helps me make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. My goal is to provide personalized care and keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible.

I believe pets thrive when they are exercised both mentally and physically. During visits, I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing fetch, practicing basic commands, using enrichment toys, and giving plenty of affection. For cats, I provide interactive play, treats, and cuddles while making sure each pet feels safe, happy, and engaged.

Animals have always been a passion of mine. I am highly knowledgeable about dog care, behavior, and overall well-being. I have experience helping whelp puppies and have cared for and trained dogs throughout every stage of life, from puppies to seniors. I currently have a senior dog myself, giving me firsthand experience with the special attention older pets need. In addition to dogs, I have farm experience caring for horses, pigs, chickens, and other animals. I treat every pet with patience, compassion, and the same love and attention I give my own animals. Let’s plan a day for me to come do a meet and greet :)

Allyson was so kind and such a great fit with our high energy border collie mix. Communication was stellar as well.
Ally is a professional in every way! She is communicative and responsive, flexible, and took such good care of our animals and home while we were away! I got lots of pupdates and when we returned, our dog and rabbit were happy and relaxed, like we never left!! She also left the house clean and everything looked great. I would highly recommend Ally for pet/house sitting! 10/10!!!
Holy wow! I cannot say enough great things about Allyson! From the very first interaction she was communicative, friendly, and respectful. She took SUCH good care of my cats while I was away. It’s easy to see she really loves what she does. I would recommend Allyson for ANYtime you need some help with your pets!
