I currently have a senior (13 year old) pug that I have had since she was 6 weeks old. Shes basically blind and deaf but I think she’s just gotten cuter with age. I am used to checking on her throughout the day and being patient since she moves slow and has more needs. I also own a wild orange cat. He was a stray that we took in from Michigan. He keeps our pug young. I am used to having to keep a close eye on him since he is an escape artist. We don’t keep anything out that any of the animals could get into in reach or on the counters. They are allow on the beds and couches.
