A typical day
When I take dogs on a walk, I like to give them plenty of time and opportunity to smell all the smells! I try to find a balance of letting them lead, but within reason. We will never go too far off a path. If I’m doing a drop in, aside from giving them potty breaks, I also try to stimulate their minds with games like fetch and tug of war if that’s what they prefer.

I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all ages, from puppies/kittens to seniors. I’ve also been a foster in the past with Indy Humane so I’ve had some experience giving medications to sick cats.

Allyson is an excellent dog sitter! She’s been wonderful with my YorkiePoo, Jamaica, while I work from home. She keeps him active and entertained throughout their time together, and it’s clear he genuinely enjoys her company. Jamaica always seems happy and well-exercised after their walks. I really appreciate how engaged and attentive she is with him. Highly recommend Allyson if you’re looking for a reliable, caring dog sitter!
Allyson was an absolute lifesaver! When my regular sitter was on vacation, she stepped in and took amazing care of my YorkiePoo for 6 days. She came twice daily to walk and play with him, which was such a relief while I was working remotely. From the very first Meet & Greet, my pup was smitten—tail wagging nonstop and showering her with kisses! It’s clear she has a wonderful way with dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better backup sitter and would highly recommend her to anyone!
