I treat all fur babies as if they are my own, and that usually means just going with whatever mood they’re in. It is important to pick up on their cues to make sure that they feel safe and comfortable, in order to build a bond trust.

If they wanna play, we’re gonna (safely) play! If they wanna snuggle, I am always down for a snuggle. If they want some space to chill out, I don’t take it personally, but I will make sure they’re taken care of.
