Hi, I’m Ally! I am a dog lover and experienced dog sitter of all different breeds and sizes. I am a WFH graphic designer, and I have been a dog sitter on the side for almost 6 years! My fiancé, Jack, and I live in Jamaica Plain with our supermutt rescue, Nelly. We live in a 2-bedroom apartment on the lower level of a house, and have a small backyard as well. We are very close to the Arnold Arboretum and Jamaica Pond, which we love to visit with the dogs we watch! I work from home 5 days a week, so you can be assured that your dog will get around-the-clock care and attention. We take Nelly for lots of walks throughout the day, and we can also put up a fence to play in our backyard. Dogs are very welcome on the furniture at our house, and we're happy for them to sleep up in bed with us. Nelly is our 2-year-old, 40lb, scruffy girl. She is very friendly with all dogs and people, and loves to play. She has experience with puppies, small & big dogs, senior dogs, and cats. At first, she might be a little excited, but she has mastered the art of “reading the room” to match other dogs’ playing styles and energy levels. We love doing Rover in our house so she can socialize and make friends! When watching your dog, we won't plan to leave the house too much (if at all) without them. However, in the case that we do, we are more than happy to let your dog roam free & we have a Furbo camera to make sure they’re safe and comfortable. If your pup prefers to settle in a crate, we have a large, super cozy Fable dog crate that they are more than welcome to chill in. Since our schedules are flexible, we can really accommodate whatever your pet needs. We want to make our place a home away from home for them! We know how hard it can be to leave your dog behind, but you can be sure that they’ll be in great hands. We’ll also send tons of photos and updates so they don’t feel so far away. 🐶🐾❤️

Ally is fantastic! My puppy came home very happy and tired from a day with Ally, playing with her dog Nelly! Ally sent some cute photos of them together.
So thankful we chose Ally & Bronte to help watch our dog for a couple of nights! They were very flexible with time and took such good care of Eva. Would definitely use them again ?

You can’t go wrong booking with Ally. Her and her roommate are clearly dog people. Friendly, welcoming, responsible, and took great care of Nemo during our vacation. Absolutely will be booking again!
Ally was awesome with our Dog while we were away. He was exercised daily which is a big win for our dog and he had a great time while we were away!! She sent us pictures of him and did regular check ins so we knew what was going on. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!!

Schedule
I work from home 5 days a week, so I can provide around-the-clock care and attention. I go for lots of walks with Nelly during the day, and we also like to play fetch in the yard + frequent the local dog parks.

I like to mimic your pet’s usual schedule and do whatever we need to make sure they're happy. Cuddles on the couch, long walks, visits to the park, playing fetch, you name it.
