-Personally, I have been caring for pets for 18 years. Pit mixes, reptiles, and felines. The first words most people would use to describe me would be "animal lover"! -Professionally, I have veterinary and animal handling experience. I worked as a Licensed Veterinary Technician Assistant between college and graduate school, which gave me experience with administering medication, pet safety,checking vital signs, soothing anxious pets, basic grooming, etc. I also spent two years in grad school walking dogs,boarding, and doing check-ins with "Wag!" which I thoroughly enjoyed! Professionally, I am a biologist and have a working knowledge of animal physiology -I have personally mothered and treated a Heartworm Positive dog, so I am well-versed in caring for a pup currently undergoing that! With my current seasonal position coming to an end, I expect to have a wide open schedule for the next few months. I am a pretty early riser, but can be flexible It is priority to make sure that your pet is as comfortable as possible while missing you! I choose to not use a crate with my dog, but can with yours if you prefer that. I'm very active and like to ensure that animals get as much activity and enrichment as they like. I am very big on sending lots of photos and video updates on your pet throughout the day!

Ally was so sweet with my puppy and took excellent care of her while I was gone. Sad that she is moving away but new people will be very lucky to have her watch their animals.

Her and her pup, Lyla have an active lifestyle that they always include my dog, Buoy in. He is loved and welcomed in her home and that is important to me. Ally is responsive, trustworthy, and caring. She has worked with all sized dogs and provides a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all of her clients. I cannot reccomend Ally enough for all of your dog sitting needs! Buoy and I are lucky to have her!
Ally is an incredible caretaker to any animal! She leads with love and will care for your pet like it was one of her own! She has taken incredible care of my dog in the past. 100% recommend!
Ally is simply the best. She is the most responsible person I know. When it comes taking care of any animals she exceeds expectations. First off, Ally's world revolves around animals. She is a marine biologist who just received her Masters degree doing Antarctic penguin research for LSU. Apart from her time as a marine biologist, she is constantly involved in nature, animals, and the outdoors. Her love for dogs in particular is a beautiful trait that makes her even more wonderful. She has professionally walked dogs before, and she always goes out of her way to ensure the owner that their dogs are safe and secure. For example, she always takes pictures of the dogs on arrival and departure, making sure the owner knows that they have been looked after and are safely awaiting their arrival back home. There are a million things I can say about Ally, but to make it simple, she is beyond responsible and I guarantee she will do a magnificent job taking care of any dog that needs a sitter.
