Safety, trust & environment

I think that trust, safety, and transparency is so important, which is why I love that Rover requires a photo be submitted when completing services. It is the type of care I would like to receive for peace of mind. I am very careful with gates and doors. I would hate for your pet to go missing on my time.

Information Allison V. would like to know about your pet

- How has your pets behavior or temperament changed when you are away from your home? - How does your dog/cat signal when it is stressed? What cues will let me know your dog/cat needs space, decompression, a sense of security, etc. - I am open to "stigmatized" breeds (pit bulls, rotties, etc) so long as their history indicates they are safe around people, children, well behaved in a multi-dog setting, etc..... the same applies to chihuahuas and golden retrievers! - Does your dog have negative behaviors or bad habits? (Jumping, eating socks, digging)... P.S. It's ok, I have a recovering pillow eater ::wink:: And, even the most well-mannered dogs sometimes surprise me with a little digging. - What rules should I be respectful of? No dog on couch, sit before passing thru a door, etc)

A typical day

We can enjoy quick walks around the block or a longer stroll in evening. I also enjoy enrichment activities with pets, such as search/find-it games for dogs and bells/balls for cats.

Pet care experience

I've been a Rover sitter for over 2 years now, but my pet care experience goes well into my childhood. I was often called up by neighbors to check on pets in their absence. I love the sense of security Rover offers to both clients and sitters. I have formed some amazing relationships with my clients and I hope to meet you soon.
