Allison is a very good communicator. When she was running late she gave me a generous discount. She followed my instructions carefully and did a great job walking Thurston twice in the same day. Thanks so much!
I hired Allison for a timed insulin/feeding for my pet over two days while we were away. She did show up for the first night's feeding and administered insulin; however, she was a no-show the next morning for the 7:00 a.m. insulin administration/feeding (replying later saying she overslept). I had to quickly find someone to take care of my pet's feeding and shot for that day. I had paid in advance, so I asked that she provide a refund for the services for the day she didn't come. I gave her a week and several opportunities to refund me, and she has not. Finally, I contacted Rover directly to resolve. They were very responsive!!
