In addition to having owned pets for over 25 years, we have been involved with dog rescue for 13 years. We've fostered almost 300 dogs in our home of all ages, breeds and sizes so have a wealth of experience in caring for and integrating new dogs into our family. For dogs to board with us, they have to get along with other dogs as we have five dogs of our own, all of who are friendly and accepting of new comers.

Allison and Scott were terrific from day one! From the initial request to book, the meet & greet to drop off and pick up, this dynamic duo are exceptional!! This is the first time we have left our 3 dogs for care and the peace of mind and comfort we had knowing our pups were taken care of allowed us to actually enjoy our vacation out of province. The updates provided and pictures of our gang made us very happy. We would highly recommend them and they will be our forever go-to! Plus, the property is beyond amazing!!!
Bentley just returned from his first extended stay with Allison and Scott - 2 weeks of running and playing with the other dogs was a fun vacation for him. He is a lazy and slightly lonely boy today at home after so much fun. As always, Bentley received the best care and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that he was happy and safe! We highly recommend Scott and Allison!

Billy just came home from another wonderful stay with Allison and Scott, and as always, he returned happy, tired, and full of tail wags, which is the best sign ever! We love that he gets so much time to socialize with other dogs. Billy has endless energy, and it's clear he spends his days having an absolute blast playing with their pups and all the other furry friends staying there. Allison and Scott's property is truly an oasis with room to roam, and endless opportunities for fun and adventure. We also really appreciated the daily photos and videos they shared. It was so thoughtful and gave us complete peace of mind knowing Billy was happy, safe, and having the time of his life. We couldn't ask for a better home away from home for Billy and are so grateful for the love and care he receives every time he stays there!
Allison and Scott were incredible with our nervous rescue girl! They were patient and kind and kept us updated so that we could feel comfortable leaving her for the first time. I would highly recommend them!

Schedule
We are both home 24/7 and our days are focused on the dogs. We both spend hours outside walking, playing and interacting with the dogs 365 days a year, rain or shine. Walks are off leash through our woods, trails and meadows on our securely fenced 10 acre property. In between walks, dogs can either hang out in the house with us or go outside and toodle around on their own through 2 different dog doors.

Dogs are treated as one of our family and whatever they need is what they get. This includes medications, crate training, house training, being fed separately, special diet, etc. We are independently insured.

A typical day
Dogs can choose to play their faces off, explore the securely fenced property, nap on the couch or just hang out with us. Its an ideal environment for dogs who enjoy the outdoors and the company of other dogs. If your dog doesn't want to play, that's ok too, they can explore at their own pace. When inside our home, dogs can relax on any of the countless dog beds and couches. For overnight, dogs can sleep wherever they want. We do have extra crates if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate.
