I have lifelong experience caring for cats and have always loved getting to know their individual personalities and needs. I’ve also regularly taken dogs on casual walks for family and friends. Most recently, I spent two weeks house-sitting with a dog who had specific behavioral needs, including being uncomfortable around other dogs, bikes, and skateboards. I learned his triggers, planned our walks accordingly, and gave him plenty of space and reassurance when needed. I really enjoyed the experience and loved being able to create a routine where he felt comfortable, safe, and happy.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual personality, routines, and needs, and I’ll always follow your instructions closely. For walks, I’m mindful of surroundings and your pet’s behavior around other dogs, people, bikes, and other distractions. For cat drop-ins, I’ll make sure your cat is comfortable, cared for, and has everything they need while you’re away. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own and keep you updated with photos and messages along the way.

I’ve always had a good experience having Allison take care of my two dogs while I am away. She is very communicative and reliable. We were neighbors for a long time and whenever I would go away she would be my go to person to take care of my dogs Scout and Billy and they are always happy to see her!

Schedule
My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility to care for your pets! I work from home Mondays and Fridays, making me available for morning, midday, and afternoon visits. Tuesday–Thursday, I’m in the office 9–5 but can do early morning walks/visits and evenings after 6 PM. Weekends are wide open—I’m happy to spend lots of time hanging out with your pet!
