Providing pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I work part time as a healthcare professional, which gives me several days off during the week, including weekends, allowing me to provide flexible and dependable care for your pets. On the days I do work, I still have availability during mornings and evenings for feedings, walks, check-ins, playtime, and companionship. Because caring for others is already a big part of who I am professionally and personally, I bring the same level of responsibility, patience, attentiveness, and compassion to every pet I care for. I understand how important consistency and reliability are for both pets and their owners, and I truly enjoy making animals feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their families are away.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priority whether they are staying in my home or I am caring for them in yours. I provide a calm, clean, loving, and supervised environment where pets can feel safe and relaxed while maintaining their normal routines as much as possible. During walks and playtime, I stay highly attentive by using secure leashes and harnesses, avoiding unsafe areas or interactions, monitoring weather conditions, and always ensuring pets are safely supervised both indoors and outdoors. I understand that every pet has different needs, personalities, and comfort levels, and I take the time to build trust and provide individualized care, patience, and affection. As both a lifelong pet owner and healthcare professional, I take responsibility and safety very seriously, and you can feel confident knowing your pets will be treated with the same love, attention, and care that I give my own.

Important Information I Like To Know Before Services Begin: • A meet & greet beforehand so your pet can become comfortable with me• Your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, and potty schedule• Any allergies, medications, medical conditions, or special care needs• Favorite toys, activities, treats, and things they enjoy most• Dislikes, fears, anxieties, or triggers to avoid• Personality traits and energy level (shy, playful, independent, anxious, etc.)• Any history of aggression, reactivity, or resource guarding• Areas, furniture, foods, or activities that are off limits• How your pet behaves around other animals and people• Walking habits including leash behavior and commands they know• Emergency contact information and preferred veterinarian• House rules and any special instructions for in-home care• Preferred sleeping arrangements or comfort routines• Anything else that helps me provide the safest, happiest, and most personalized care possible The more I know about your pet ahead of time, the better I can create a safe, stress-free, fun, and loving experience tailored specifically to their needs.

I’ve been around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. From growing up with dogs to caring for my own as an adult, I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, loved, and treated like family while you’re away. I also previously walked and cared for dogs for clients years ago, giving me hands-on experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just a calm and comforting presence, I’ll make sure they feel happy, secure, and well cared for. I’m dependable, attentive, and truly enjoy spending time with animals — and I’ll care for your dog the same way I would want someone to care for mine.

I just moved to the Central MA area in late October...so my dog, Yari, has had some anxiety getting used to the new surroundings and all the chaos leading up to it! Allison has been great in working with her! Very patient and upbeat...always has a smile. This is impressive because Yari does not take to everyone, especially at the start (she is a chihuahua mix and was born a street dog in Puerto Rico). I am really satisfied and relieved to know that Yari is getting such good care. If you are looking for a reliable, friendly, dog-loving sitter/walker, I highly recommend Allison!
