Hi! I'm Allison, a current law school student with a lifelong love for animals and several years of experience pet sitting and dog walking. I grew up as the go-to neighborhood dog walker and pet sitter, and caring for animals has always been second nature to me. From a young age, I've been surrounded by all kinds of pets, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, you name it! Today, my home is shared with my two dogs, two chinchillas, bunny, and my two ferrets, so I’m very familiar and comfortable with animals of all types, personalities, and care needs. I also am a volunteer at the greater chicago ferret association, and assist in caring for 70+ ferrets! Whether your pet is high-energy, shy, or needs special attention, I bring patience, knowledge, and genuine affection to every visit. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your furry (or not-so-furry) family members, and I’d be honored to help care for yours like they’re my own. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my priority is always to make sure each animal feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special needs or medications. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of your space and keep everything clean, secure, and consistent for your pet. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and enrichment while you're away. I also keep you updated with regular photos and notes, so you can have peace of mind while you're apart from your furry friend! At my home, pets have a safe and loving environment. I'm used to managing multiple animals with different care needs, so I’m confident handling various temperaments and routines. Whether it’s a cuddle on the couch or a long walk, I strive to make every pet feel like part of the family!

Allison was amazing. She watched our dog and 2 cats while we were away, and house sat for us. The girls were well taken care of, and the communication was exactly what we would expect. She sent us nightly updates and pictures of the crew getting treats, lovings, and cuddles. Schedule
As a full-time law student, I keep a structured schedule that allows me to balance my studies with pet care, something that brings me both joy and a much-needed break from textbooks! I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sittings outside of class hours during the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. My schedule is flexible, especially with advance notice. During the summer and school breaks, I have full availability and can accommodate a wide range of pet care needs, including longer stays, extended walks, or multiple daily visits. Since I already care for multiple pets of my own, tending to animals is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily routine. I love incorporating pet care into my day, it keeps me grounded and active, and I treat every pet like they’re family.
