Your pet’s OTHER best friend
I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember and have always felt a strong connection with them. While growing up, we always had a dog, so I’ve been involved in the care and training of them my whole life. My first ever job was walking dogs when I was 8! My nickname growing up was Snow White because of my affinity for and ability to connect with animals. I currently don’t have any pets of my own, so all of the love will go to your buddy. It is an ongoing joke among friends that their pets like me more than them sometimes! I’m not sure if that’s all the way true, but I do seem to have a special connection with animals. I also really enjoy taking portraits of animals. One of my favorite things is catching the unique personality of your pet that you know and love! I am happy to send these, along with updates about your pet, to you throughout the stay, as a generally summary at the end, or whenever requested! If you have any questions or there are specific needs for the care of your pet, please reach out. Safety, trust & environment
I like to schedule a meet and greet with all clients before their first booking. I believe this can help develop a sense of mutual trust between myself and pet parents, but also helps me get acquainted with your pets so they are more comfortable when I am there without you. During these meet and greets, I also like to go through any rules or expectations you may have, any special needs or requirements your pet(s) may have, and discuss any potential risk factors or common issues that could arise. During my walks, I like to keep pets on the inner side so they are not close to traffic. I do not let others pet without explicitly being told it is okay by you first. I also would not allow your pet interact with other animals without your express permission either. During drop ins, I always make sure everything is put away where it should be before leaving. I will also do a sweep of the area to make sure your pet didn’t get into anything before my arrival. If your pet is one that is in a kennel while home alone, I double check all latches to make sure they are secured before leaving.

Allison did a wonderful job sitting for my dog while I was out of the state! She was communicative, and shared glamour shots and videos of my girl which helped a lot with my missing her. She’s even brought her a toy, which was thoughtful and my dog really enjoyed it. My dogs need were well taken care of by Allison, and she also kept my home clean.I’d welcome Allison back anytime!!

Allison was a wonderful dog and house sitter while we were away! She quickly became best friends with our pup Athena and sent tons of lovely photo/video updates, in addition to caring for our home and many plants. Allison was very responsive and would not hesitate to book her again.
Allison watched our dog Lucy while we were out of town for a long weekend. She was very responsive and flexible with booking and we appreciated that she watched our dog with short notice. Her daily updates and pictures were so kind and Lucy looked the happiest being watched by her. Would definitely recommend Allison to our friends and others.
Allison is so great - she's been my regular walker for Bear while I'm at work for a month, and he's always so happy with her! Sends tons of fun photos of him as well!

Schedule
I work full time, but only four days a week. My schedule is pretty flexible so I am able to do frequent check ins as needed.
