I just recently moved to LA and do not work at the moment so my schedule is entirely open right now. I spend most of my days out hiking or at the beach with my dog and figured I could share the love and take care of others animals while making some extra cash.

Depending on the animal, the type of care changes. Everyone knows all cats and dogs aren’t created equal and need different things to feel safe. Also boarding and care preferences change owner to owner. For example, some dogs require crates and others can be trusted in the house without barriers (depending on owner preferences). I will adjust my care based off what you and your pet want and need! :)

I have absolutely no preference on breed, age, etc. and can accommodate any pets. If they have any certain needs and caring instructions, just let me know ahead of time and it should be no problem.
A typical day
I understand the importance of mental and physical stimulation and when I take care of your dog, both will be tended to!! Some walks will be for sniffing and exploring, while others will be more exercise-focused (depending on your pets age and abilities). I can even run with your fur baby if that’s their thing. Or we can just sit and people watch at the park if they aren’t big walkers. I have a lot of exploring to do in Los Angeles as I just moved here and your dog and I can explore it together!

Aside from being the sole owner of a dog (9 yrs old) and cat (7 yrs old), there has never been a time in my life where I have not had pets and been around animals. My family always had cats and dogs growing up and I have a great deal of experiencing caring for them. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs of different ages, sexes, breeds, and personalities. I also have experience administering medication and dealing with injuries and medical conditions. I am wonderful with animals and can promise your pet is safe and loved when being taken care of by me. My schedule is very flexible and open and I can work with any sort of arrangement. Just ask!

Allison has been caring for our 3 dogs and 2 cats for over 8 years. She has always been reliable and our animals love to see her walk through our door.
