I'd like to know about your pups before agreeing to walk or watch them. I prefer a meet and greet first, to know if it's a good fit all around!
A typical day
I love letting an animal lead the day. Playful pups will get a game, snuggly pups will get all the snuggs. A walk around the neighborhood or a local park. I'm the person of an elder doggo so I've started to take it more slowly and let her lead the way. I learned recently that a dog expends more nervous energy by sniffing along on a walk than the exercise alone! I've also walked larger more energetic pups.

Pet care experience
I'm so excited to meet your furry family member and take the best care of them when their favorite person (you) can't be there. I've taken care of cats and dogs since 1994, when our beagle joined the family. That same year, a stray cat moved in and had kittens in my bed in the middle of the night. I've cared for a number of dogs and cats over the years including an elderly dog with a long list of specific needs, a pair of Persian cats, a husky mix with lots of energy, and my own terrier mix, who has been with me through puppyhood into her golden years. I love taking a dog-led walk, letting them sniff when they want, not rushing them, and giving them lots of encouragement!
