I believe you can tell everything you need to know about a person by the way they treat animals. I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life. After my 14 year old Labrador passed away, I became a foster home for needy dogs, through GRANND. I learned a lot about sick and abused dogs over those years. Most recently I have been house and dog sitting for a family in Louisville. I specialize in disabled and medical care your dog may need. I currently have an open schedule now that my teen is getting older. I look forward to spending my time with your dog, soon. I also have experience with care of birds and rabbits. Please no cats, due to allergies.

Ratings and reviews
Allison came with glowing reviews and exceeded expectations. We have two rescue dogs, and this was the first trip we have taken since getting them two years ago. Our male is very bonded to me, and I thought he would have difficulties. Instead, Andy snuggled up next to Allison and had a great old time. Our female came from a tough background and is the fragile one - shy of strangers and nervous. Even on first meeting, she did not hide in her room but came out to investigate. While she did not and could not match our male's comfort level, she loosened up, went happily for walks, and was in great spirits when we returned. Allison's feedback was top notch, and she went above and beyond the basic needs of a sitter. Just and excellent experience, which calms my nerves for our next trip!
You will be hard pressed to find a better dog sitter! Expect above and beyond care and lots of extra loving on your fur babies. Allison is absolutely amazing and prompt with communication. Your dogs will be spoiled!

Allison did a wonderful job watching our two furbabies while we were out of town. We got daily updates and pictures about their adventures. She took them on daily walks and gave them plenty of cuddles.
We have nothing but praise for Allison and her care for our dog, Sandy, while we were on vacation. From the interview to pre-travel meeting, Allison was upbeat, friendly, interested in Sandy, and willing to listen to what we expected while away. We received several photos while away. Sandy got plenty of walks, and as we hear, Sandy got daily massages. When we returned home, Allison had washed her bedding, towels, vacuumed the house, and dishes were completed (none of this was asked of her). It was greatly appreciated as we had to unpack and do our own 5 loads of laundry. Allison, we found listened to any concerns we had, respected our home, and treated Sandy as her own. When we take another trip, we will be reaching out to Allison to watch our dog, Sandy. We have no complaints.

Schedule
I am currently a mother of one teenage girl. She needs me less so I have a very flexible schedule. I look forward to spending more time with animals.
