WOW! 🤩 We connected with Allison after our regular kitty caretaker had left (to return to school) and was no longer available, and boy…are we glad we did! Allison is highly responsive and reliable. She communicates clearly and very well — always in a timely manner. While our previous kitty caretaker did a good job, there were some standout differences we found in Allison that made us realize what an incredible soul we had the good fortune to cross paths with! Here are some highlights… 1 - As part of our requests, we asked that Allison walk around the house and check the carpets for any accidents but we failed to ask her to play with the cats. As she conducted her carpet investigations, she randomly found the cat toys and, on her own accord without prompting, spent oodles of time playing with our kitties. Ample time. Her check-ins and checkout times always exgended beyond the 30-minute window of “required” time. Thank you! 2 - She sent us pictures and videos of her brushing and pouring physical love onto our kitties. It was so heartwarming to see our kitties being cared for as well as she did. Her updates quickly became a centerpiece of our morning rituals and we couldn’t wait to pour over her updates together. 3 - Allison went above and beyond by being incredibly flexible before the booking. She also offering to contact Rover on my behalf to get one of my questions answered — something I could’ve done but her support didn’t go unnoticed. Later, she made herself available for days after the booking, quite literally being open to being “on call” for us as we navigated a challenging and last-minute work schedule while we were out of town. Thank you, sweet lady! 4 - Finally, without going into much detail, Allison went way above and beyond expectations by leaving us a special gift that we won’t ever forget…❤️❤️❤️ In this age of quick solutions and remote, app-centered engagements, she found myriad ways to cultivate warm bonds of connection and care that reverberated the L❤️VE she brings to her work. We could tell from the photos of our cat’s facial expressions and body language that they want her back and want no one else. I think anyone who is lucky enough to hire her will quickly see what I mean. It’s always a little hard to hand over the keys to your inner sanctum to a perfect stranger, but it quickly became obvious that Allison’s trustworthiness, her quality of care, attention to the details, responsive nature, and sense of accountability all come from a true desire to care for fur babies (and their owners). ❤️ She’s simply amazing and absolutely deserves your business.
