Allison has experience with a wide variety of dog breeds and personalities. She has owned highly intelligent and energetic hunting breeds as well as anxious and shy rescues, and they have all become social and calm members of her family. She spent several years volunteering with La Mancha animal rescue where she worked with a variety of breeds, ages, and dogs with varying levels of comfort around humans. She is patient and exceptionally adept at reading their body language.
