I love animals and often think I understand them better than people! I have been the owner of two dogs in my life and have experience engaging with different breeds. I have a lifetime of experience dealing with cats. I have owned several cats over the years, rescued feral cats, fostered kittens and volunteered at the Charles County Humane Society looking after both kitties and pups. I’ve also volunteered for 4 Paws Animal Rescue, a Virginia-based organization that helps cats get adopted. I have often been called the “cat whisperer,” by friends and have received many phone calls for kitty advice over the years. I have experience providing medication to sick pets, orally, added to food, as well as providing injections of insulin for any diabetic kitties. Above all, I am responsible and reliable. I take the care of your loved family member very seriously as I have relied on this app to look after my own pets. You can have peace of mind leaving the care of your beloved pets to me.

Allison made our first Rover experience with Maia an absolute joy! She took great care of our girl over an extended period of time, left really detailed drop in notes, and gave us the peace of mind that our sweet kitty was safe and loved while we were out of town. Thank you, Allison!!
Allison was so wonderful! She was very flexible with my changing schedule and my pets made themselves right at home with her. My cat, who doesn't care for other animals, even made friends with her cat it was the cutest! Happy to have found an amazing pet sitter in the area!
Allison did another wonderful job with Toaster! She sent some of the funniest photos and made sure our fur baby got lots of love and attention while we were away!
Allison was great with our cat! She made sure she was eating and playing during the drop ins and sent a bunch of photos to keep us updated. She did a great job communicating before and during the booking which made it super easy for us with our busy schedules.
When I met Allison I knew she would be perfect to watch my cat Ziggy. She popped in twice a day for 4 days, playing with Ziggy and feeding her and giving her love. I trust Allison and will absolutely be using her pet services again. She is a lovely person!

Schedule
The well being of my own cat and any pets in my care are a top priority for me. Before I have my very much needed morning cup of coffee I tend to the needs of any animals in my care. I can’t rest unless I know my furry friends are taken care of first.

A typical day
There are so many beautiful places in Colorado to take dogs for nice long walks. Bear Creek Trail is right around the corner from my apartment and there are so many different fun routes to take. There is also a creek right behind my apartment for any pups that like to watch the stream. I typically avoid dog parks unless they are empty. I don’t like risking anyone’s pets around unfamiliar dogs. But empty fenced parks are great for throwing toys.
