I’ve been around dogs my entire life and genuinely love caring for them. I’ve had two dogs of my own and currently share my life with a 2 yr old golden retriever named Nala. She’s playful, affectionate, and loves a good game of fetch or a walk, but is also very much a homebody when it’s time to relax. My family also has two award-winning Labradors who were trained hunting dogs, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy, well-trained, and working breeds. I understand the importance of consistency, routine, and reading a dog’s personality and needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just hanging out at home, I’ll treat them like fam and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away!

A perfect stay for our girl. Thank you to Allison for providing perfect care and for sending lots of pictures while we were gone. We would absolutely rebook. We booked this last minute when we decided to take a weekend trip and we would absolutely book again.
Allison was a lifesaver! We needed someone last minute to keep our fluffy girl Millie and she saved the day. She is very reliable as we have used her multiple times when going out of town or for last minute trips. Millie loves her. She sends appropriate updates and loves our dog like her own.
Allison is a responsible and dog-loving person! She is attentive and kind. She will take care of your pups like they are her own! My dogs love her!

Our neighborhood is lovely and we are a few blocks away from Meridian Hill park, one of DC’s biggest parked, where we always take our Nala girl for a good run and to play with other dogs.

A typical day
We’ll go on lots of walks, hit up the dog parks if you like, and spend plenty of time cuddling and playing at home. Nala loves playing with other dogs so your pup will get plenty of interaction and exercise!
