Information Allison D. would like to know about your pet

Before your stay, it’s helpful for me to know a bit about your dog’s routine and personality. Please share details like feeding schedules, walking preferences, energy level, any medications or special care needs, and how your pup does around other dogs. If there are any quirks, anxieties, triggers, or favorite toys or activities, I’d love to know those too. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make your dog feel comfortable, safe, and right at home.

A typical day

A typical day is shaped around your dog’s energy level and routine. Mornings are usually calm with breakfast, potty breaks, and some easy play or lounging. In the afternoon, we head out for a longer walk either around the neighborhood, on the trails right behind my home, or over to the nearby lake for a change of scenery. Throughout the day, we mix in playtime with toys, backyard breaks, and plenty of rest, depending on what your pup prefers. I work from home, so dogs are rarely alone and get lots of attention and companionship. Evenings are all about winding down, another potty break, and lots of love before settling in for the night.

Pet care experience

I’ve grown up around animals my entire life - dogs, cats, horses, and bunnies. My family often had multiple dogs, and I’ve had 12 of my own over the years. I adopted my current dog right after college, and she’s now 11. I’m always the first to volunteer to watch family and friends’ pets and treat every animal like my own. Friendly dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels are welcome. I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs and am happy to accommodate their special needs. I’m comfortable administering medications, and providing low-impact or non-physical play as needed. I work from home, so your pup receives attentive care and companionship throughout the day. Playtime is always supervised and may include fetch, zoomies, relaxing together, or enjoying time in our large backyard, along with regular walks. Feedings are closely monitored, water is refreshed often, and pets receive plenty of love and attention. I’m very mindful about door safety at all times. I never charge extra for medications or special care needs.

Allison is a genuine animal lover with extensive experience caring for both small and large dogs. She’s especially patient and attentive with senior pets and animals who need extra care. I’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful and responsible she is when looking after animals. She also communicates clearly and keeps owners updated so that everyone feels at ease. I would trust her completely with my own dog.

Allison is the very best loving caring dog sitter. She has a beautiful yard and deck for your dog to have fun and stimulation - never bored. She has taken care of our border collies and they love the friendly environment and attention. Allison is a true dog lover and will treat your dog with the very best care and love.

Allison has always taken such great care of our pups. She’s reliable, communicates clearly and often, and our dogs are always incredibly happy in her care. She’s the definition of a dog lover and I’d absolutely recommend her care!

Allie did such a great job watching my pug. She was reliable, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. My pug can be a little particular, but he was so happy and well cared for with her. I loved getting updates and photos, and I could tell he was in good hands. I would absolutely book her again.
