Intuitive, loving pet care
As a highly sensitive person, I have an intuitive connection with animals and a bit of a sixth sense for what they need, and I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own. I’m a native San Diegan who grew up with pets my entire life, and to say I’m an animal lover is an understatement. I feel deeply, so I care deeply. I stay present not just with the basics like food, walks, and safety (that’s a given), but with what your pet needs emotionally, too. I first joined Rover in 2018, and I was lucky enough to connect with four amazing clients who I became a dedicated sitter for starting in 2021. I recently stepped away from a corporate career to focus on the things that matter most to me, and caring for animals is right at the top of that list. Being back on the app means I have plenty of time and energy to dedicate to new furry friends and their humans. A quick note on overnights: I do these in your home rather than mine. I actually prefer it this way, since pets tend to be far less anxious in surroundings they know, especially when they're already missing their human. Familiar space makes the whole experience easier on them. I'm comfortable with a wide range of animals: senior pets who need extra care, cats, birds, and yes, even a pig. Size and species really don't matter to me. Your pet won't just be well cared for, they'll be loved, whether it's a short visit or a long stay. It's important to me that you feel comfortable and confident leaving your pet in my hands, so I'm always glad to schedule a meet-and-greet beforehand or arrive early to a booking for a proper introduction. I'm happy to answer any questions and provide as much communication as you need to feel comfortable while you're away. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

Safety, trust & environment
Since I care for your pet in your own home, my focus is keeping their routine and environment exactly as they know it. I follow your instructions closely on feeding, meds, and boundaries, keep doors and gates secure, and stay attentive to their comfort and safety the entire time. Familiar surroundings keep pets calmer, and I work hard to preserve that sense of normalcy while you’re away.

I left for Florida to be with family. I gave detailed notes on the dogs. Came back to a destroyed house that costed me 2k to fix. She called me with issues and I explained how to fix them. I had my favorite blanket from my grandfather who passed blanket destroyed. She even threatened to call animal control on my little pit because my pit was excited and she would beg for attention and sometimes would jump to your arm to tell you that. I didn't want to pay for this service because of how bad it was but I did anyways. I will not book with her ever agian.
Allison was pretty good, she walk and feed my dog for 6 days and she did really good. She was always easy to reach if I had questions or wanted to follow up with something. I strongly recommend her. Also really flexible with hours.
Allison was very easy to work with, responsesive to messages, and took great care of my dog.
Allison has been great! This was our first time using rover or a dog walker. She helped me when I had questions and asked questions when needed. She has been easy to communicate with and also let me know when a swarm of bees decided to hang out by our front door! As far as I know our dog likes her too :)

Schedule
Having recently transitioned out of a corporate career, I have a flexible, open schedule and can dedicate real time and attention to your pet. Whether you need daytime visits, drop-ins, or overnight stays in your home, I can work around what your pet needs and adjust as things come up. And when I do overnight stays, I'm typically with your animal for the majority of the time, so they're rarely left alone. My rates reflect the level of attention and care your pet receives. They're truly treated like my own, with a kind of presence and attentiveness that's hard to find. Just reach out and we'll find what works for you.
