Please let me know in advance if your pet(s) have any special needs I need to account for. I have cared for dogs 18+, so I am aware of the needs of elderly animals. Also, my go to vet in the area is Paws and Claws Animal Hospital, but please let me know where you would you like me to take yours to should any emergencies happen.
A typical day
We usually wake up right at dawn to go outside. We will come in and that’s when feedings can take place. I have a mosquito net up on my back door and allow my two to come and go as they please outside and/or to sun on the back deck (weather permitting).

Pet care experience
Having grown up on a farm, I have been around animals all my life. Currently, I live behind the university with my two cavaliers on a little less than an acre. My two are wonderful with other dogs and looking for some playmates. My fenced-in backyard makes for the perfect playground, and your dogs will be free to come and go as they please from inside to the fenced in area. I have boarded as many as 4 dogs at one time and have cared for senior dogs (18+). Reach out for information on boarding opportunities and/or for additional details.
