After spending 25 years as a veterinary nurse and completing graduate studies in companion animal behavior, I know that what matters most is making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their families are away. I’m experienced with puppies, seniors, shy pets, pets with medical needs, and the behaviorally challenged. Whether your pet wants nonstop playtime, a quiet cuddle buddy, or someone who respects their personal space, I’ll make sure they feel at home even without you there.

I’m not able to care for pets in my own home right now since I have dogs of my own, so I focus on caring for pets where they’re most comfortable — in their own space. I promise to update you as little as as much as you like throughout the day, and I’m always happy to send photos. Don’t be shy to ask for video chat as well 😉.

Allie did an excellent job with cat care. I have a a cat who needs medication 2x a day, another indoor cat and an outside cat. We had her do overnights and she was wonderful! I highly recommend her for your pets. I’ll be using her again.

Allie was wonderful with my cats and sent lots of pictures and updates. One of my cats was having medical issues before we left, and we only went on the trip because we found Allie and felt comfortable leaving our pets with her experienced veterinary care. She left my home nice and clean, and I’m so grateful for the care and time she gave to my cats. Thank you!

Schedule
Pet care is my full-time focus. While caring for your pet(s), I will spend most of my day with them and will follow their normal routine as closely as possible since the consistency goes a long way in making them feel safe. Just know that no matter how crazy you feel your care requests are, nothing surprises me at this point… I’ve seen it all, and I’m very hard to surprise!
