I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. As the founder of a nonprofit rescue, I’ve worked with everything from energetic puppies to introverted senior cats, and I truly believe every animal deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. I specialize in shy, quirky, or high-needs pets—those who might take a little extra patience (and maybe a snack bribe or two) to warm up. The photos you see here? They’re a mix of foster pets, my personal pets, and beloved dog-sitting clients. If your pet has ever been described as “a little dramatic,” “selectively friendly,” or “too smart for their own good,” we’ll get along just fine. My approach is gentle, flexible, and grounded in experience—and lots of treats. I tailor my care to each pet’s needs and personality, whether they’re a wild child or a cuddle bug. My goal is for your furry family member to feel right at home—even when they’re not.

Allie provided outstanding care for my dogs while I was out of town. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. Schedule
Someone is home most of the day, so your pets will have plenty of companionship. We’re only ever away for a max of four hours at a time—perfect for pets who need extra snuggles or supervision.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a fully fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love making new pals. I can easily crate your pup if needed or keep them separated if they prefer their own space. My home is pet-proofed, cozy, and always full of love (and treats).

A typical day
We’ll play, sniff, and explore! I love enriching pets both physically and mentally—think puzzle toys, games, fetch marathons, and lots of nature walks. We’ll check out all the new smells in the neighborhood or hang out in the yard for some sunshine and zoomies. Naps and belly rubs are always included.
