Hi! I’m Allie! I’m a full time veterinary assistant and have been professionally caring for pets for over 6 years through my own pet sitting business. Whether your pet needs a quick potty break, a long walk, medication, or just someone to keep them company while you’re away, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. One thing that sets me apart is my veterinary experience. I’m comfortable caring for pets with medical needs and have experience with: • Oral medications • Insulin injections • Eye & ear medications • Senior pets • Diabetic pets • Special feeding instructions • Puppies & kittens • Bottle feeding kittens • Monitoring pets for signs of illness or emergencies I’ve also worked with animals of all sizes and personalities from playful puppies and shy cats to goats and livestock so I’m confident handling pets with different temperaments and needs. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and building relationships with both pets and their owners is my favorite part of what I do. I know every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their routine and personality to help them feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I work full time as a veterinary assistant in Cincinnati, but I intentionally keep my schedule balanced so I’m never away from your pets for more than about 8 hours at a time during overnight stays. For drop-in visits and walks, I always arrive on time and make sure your pets receive the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. I also love keeping owners updated! You’ll receive plenty of photos, videos, and detailed updates so you can relax knowing exactly how your furry family member is doing.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I know every pet has their own routine, and I take the time to follow your instructions closely from feeding schedules and medications to favorite walking routes and bedtime routines. I’m comfortable administering medications and recognizing changes in your pet’s health if something doesn’t seem right. I’ll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.

Allie was on time and reliable throughout my booking, and even flexible enough to add an extra visit! I felt secure that because of her background as a vet assistant my boy with medical needs and a medication schedule was in good hands. Would definitely book with her in the future!
I have been hesitant to use rover for years. I finally decided to try it & Allie was amazing! I think she is a cat whisperer. My cat who typically hides from everyone warmed right up to her and took her medications no problem. Will definitely use Allie again and would recommend her to anyone!!
Allie was amazing and I could not recommend her highly enough!! She took the best care of our 4 cats for 2 weeks while we were out of the country. One of our cats had recent major surgery and needs medications three times daily. She managed to give him his pills and oral liquid every day, which we ourselves sometimes struggle to get him to take! I was very nervous leaving him but was so reassured but how happy and comfortable he was with Allie. Our cats are all rescues and are very shy and nervous around new people, they often don't come out for a petsitter. All 4 of them came up to her for cuddles and were the most relaxed we've ever seen them with a new person. She clearly made a lot of effort spending time with them that they became so comfortable with her. Allie's communication was amazing and we came back to lovely clean litter trays and an emptied litter bin. We are so happy to have found someone that takes such great care of our fur babies!
Allie was so great taking care of our cats for two weeks while we were out of town. She was able to give our elderly cat her inhaler daily without any issues. Very thoughtful and quick communication. I am grateful she was our pet sitter, will be using her again for sure!
Allie took great care of Molly again with no issues! We appreciated her being available during the holiday weekend and loved seeing the sweet pictures of Molly playing and cuddling. Thank you!
Allie was amazing with our two cats! She followed all of our instructions, left our place extra tidy, and even got our cats to cuddle with her during her check-ins! We felt confident our babies were in good hands!

Schedule
I work full time as a veterinary assistant, which has given me experience caring for pets of all ages and medical needs. I carefully schedule my bookings so your pet’s routine stays as consistent as possible. During overnight stays, I’m typically away for no more than 8 hours while I’m at work, and I make sure they receive plenty of love, exercise, and attention before and after my shift.

- Please let me know about your pet’s daily routine, personality, favorite activities, and any special needs they may have. I also like to know about any medications, medical conditions, allergies, behavioral quirks, fears (such as thunderstorms or fireworks), leash manners, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make your pet feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away!
