Things to know of ahead of time would include a dogs reactivity to other dogs and people, any special needs or medications and just the overall temperament of the dog with its likes and dislikes.
A typical day
I will plan the activities based on each individual dog. With an energetic dog I will make sure there is plenty of physical exercise and play time as well as mental stimulation activities such as kongs and puzzles. If the dog is a couch potato and just wants snuggles, then that’s what we’ll do! Whatever it takes to make sure each animal gets its needs met, I will make happen.

I’ve had a passion for animals ever since I was a kid. I have been working with animals for 5 years now. From working in a boarding/daycare facility to an animal shelter and now working in a vet clinic, I have lots of experience with animals and I wouldn’t want to do anything else.
