I’d like for numbers to speak for themselves. I had two months of doggy daycare (3 days/week) scheduled with Allie for my 8 week old puppy. We ‘attempted’ 10 visits. Of those 10 visits, she completely no showed me twice. The first time was my very first day with her, but she reached out later and it was an understandable emergency so I stuck with her. The last caused us to part ways and I never received an explanation. For another two visits, she was over 15-20 minutes late, which is normally not a problem with me except I needed to get to work and we were waiting outside on some really cold days, so my puppy was shivering. There also was no communication so the entire time I was wondering if this would be the day that she would not show. There was also another day where I waited over 30 minutes to collect my dog. Allie is a very pleasant person and my dog loved her. She was very apologetic each time something happened and always had a ready explanation. I really liked her as a person, but at the end of the day, I don’t need stories, I need someone who is going to be reliable. So, if you don’t care about dependability - she’s great.

Allie did a wonderful job of watching Cooper. She sent me lots of updates and pictures of him which helped put me at ease with leaving him.
