Loving Care When You’re Away
I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed being around all kinds of pets- from cats and dogs to farm animals. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I’ve dreamed of having the opportunity to spend more time with them. My husband and I moved to Wilmington about 10 years ago, and for much of that time, life kept us so busy that having a pet of our own didn’t feel fair. Since I haven’t had pets of my own during this time, I’ve happily gotten my animal fix by pet sitting for friends and caring for their cats and dogs whenever they’ve needed someone they trust.

Allie has looked after our cat Buddy for an extended period of time on multiple occasions and is a very sweet natured, gentle person, who always provides love and care to Buddy. She is very communicative and competent. I would trust her to watch Buddy anytime!

Schedule
I work away from home (Registered Nurse since 2016) just one day a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to give your pets the attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and love they deserve.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard, a nice neighborhood for walks and no other pets to care for. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own.
A typical day
I absolutely love playing outside, teaching tricks and going for walks. Equally as much I love to cuddle on the couch (unless you prefer your pet not on furniture).
