I’ve owned and taken care of a dog and cat since I was 13. I have dog/house sat for my professors in the past - walking/sitting has been the perfect side-hustle while in medical school. Since moving from TX to NYC with my partner, we’ve missed having a furry-friend to go on walks/runs with, especially on the warm weekends!

Allan is absolutely the best dog sitter! He was incredibly attentive and took such wonderful care of our older pup. It was so sweet to see how happy and comfortable he was with Allan—he even had some of his youthful energy shining through! We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such great hands. We will definitely be using Allan again and highly recommend him!
Allan and Danny were so great! Luna had an absolute blast and was well looked after. They sent frequent updates and pictures during the stay and were really easy to communicate with for drop off and pickup. Luna can’t wait for her next stay with them :)

Allan did a great job taking care of Aiko. It’s hard trusting a “stranger” to watch your pup or be in your home but Allan eased any worries. Aiko loved her walks with him. He even gave her treats (which he provided!) I would definitely recommend him.

Schedule
I work from home 1 day/week, and my partner works 2-3 days/week from home. We exercise daily (so would love to sit/watch a dog who loves long walks or even to go on jogs!) Flexible schedule that changes weekly - but always available early in the morning, most work-days, and every day after 6pm.

I own no other pets - our apartment is a walk-up, with 3 sets of stairs. We’re accessible to green spaces and a dog-run in our neighborhood.
A typical day
During the work week, I’d love to watch a dog who is fine with chilling while my partner works from home / or if we are both out. Staying active is important to us - so if your dog likes long walks (or even jogs) that’d be perfect for the mornings/evenings! On the weekends, being outside or going to a pet-friendly venue is our favorite way to spend a beautiful day.
