While I haven’t owned a dog personally, I’ve spent years caring for the dogs of close friends and family. I’m very comfortable with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, administering basic medications, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. Growing up with cats and now having one of my own for the past three years, I’m especially attentive to animal body language and individual personalities. I understand that every pet is different — some are energetic and playful, others need patience, calm energy, or a slower pace. Because I don’t take pet care lightly, I’m reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented. I make it a priority to follow instructions closely and send regular updates so you feel completely at ease while your pet is in my care. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved — just like they would at home.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, consistency, and respect for both your pet and your space. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications (if needed), walk routines, and house guidelines. I pay close attention to details — from making sure gates are secured and leashes are properly fastened to ensuring your pet has fresh water and a clean, comfortable environment. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, so I’m mindful, tidy, and respectful of your space at all times. During visits, I also make sure your pet gets not just basic care, but attention, playtime, and companionship so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I always provide updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for.

Schedule
I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the day. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-ins, and I’m able to accommodate both recurring and last-minute requests when needed. Because I’m not balancing a traditional 9–5 job, I can give your pet consistent attention and reliable care without rushing between commitments. Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, a long walk, or just some extra company during the day, I have the availability to make it happen.

- I’m open to caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes, and I appreciate knowing ahead of time if your dog has any special routines, medical needs, anxieties, or behavioral quirks. The more I know, the better I can make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I do best with dogs who are generally friendly and comfortable with new people, as I want to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone. If your dog has specific triggers, leash reactivity, or special handling needs, I’m happy to discuss those in advance to see if we’re a good fit. Clear communication is important to me, and I always prioritize safety, patience, and consistency.
