I’m currently working full time as an Educational Assistant at a school, as well as part time as a first aid instructor, so I work 8-4 during the day at school as well as some Saturdays teaching first aid classes. I’m primarily available evenings/some overnights to take care of your pet. When summer comes I will be available during the day most days since schools are not running!

I am always sure to be very attentive to pets’ needs, especially since animals who are away from home or without their owner can be a little more nervous. I try to take any advice from the owner into account and help the pet have the best time they can! I am also certified in pet first aid by the Canadian Red Cross!

Please let me know if your animal has any special needs (ex. Needs frequent walks, needs to be crated when I am out of the house, needs needs a lot of social attention, etc). Also, let me know if your pet tends to struggle when away from home. Some pets refuse to eat or sit at the door whining for the first few hours after their owner leaves. I will do everything I can to help your pet enjoy their time while you’re away!

I love taking pets for walks to help them exercise, playing games like fetch, and also staying at home and petting and cuddling with your pet!

I have been pet sitting for years, and I’ve helped my parents pet sit since I was young with Rover, and thankfully now im able to pet sit on my own! I also have some experience teaching dogs tricks at home and helping animals who are homesick when I’m pet sitting!

Aliyah is an excellent sitter! She was responsive, sent updates and photos, and took great care of our cats while we were away. Very responsible, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely book with her again.
She was great with my cat and followed all the instructions that I shared with her! I will rebook with her for sure!
Our fourth time booking with Aliyah and, as always, she was incredible with my two dogs. My rescue especially struggles with seperation anxiety and Aliyah always takes the time to support him
