Wow ! Absolutely the best !!

Alix took good care of our pups. Didn’t get a lot of pictures or communication, but all is well and the pups were happy when I picked them up.

Alix took my booking last minute which I appreciated and came and met the pets at my home to make sure everything was good. Everything was good until shortly after Alix arrived at my home she disabled one of my cameras by unplugging it, I asked her to please turn it back on which she did 8+ hours later. She then messed with the camera again by facing it down and I had to ask again for her to put it up immediately which took her over 30+ minutes. Upon checking the camera after that incident because I was paranoid something bad was happening with that many disruptions it showed there had been no movement on any camera except for movement on one in my office where my cat was stuck and crying. I immediately reached out to Alix to ask about the pets and wether she had my dog to her response of that she took my dog out of my home for “errands” which she did not ask permission for. She did not come and check on my cat until an hour after that message. She did not send any pictures after the first day and overall was an awful experience. She only admitted to messing with the cameras after the sit had ended stating she had a “bad previous experience” if that was the case why not tell me when you came to meet the pets or when you first disabled it. It was very disingenuous of her and extremely nerve wracking as a pet owner. I don’t think she harmed either pet but I can’t say that she did a good job either.

Alix is awesome. She loves our dogs as much as we do.

Alix was great. my pup was so nervous on arrival bc of a bad previous experience but she calmed him down a lot. Was easy to communicate with as well and the house is a great environment
