Energy levels and any specific training they have/don’t have, if they are protective/territorial over toys and/or food, and how they are with a leash. + any other specific instructions owners would like to give. It’s very important to me to try and keep a pet’s schedule that they are used to in order to make them most comfortable.
A typical day
I’m a real professional at playing whether it be with dogs or cats. Usually I try to engage in the activities the owner usually does with their pets, but going above and beyond so the animals are extra fulfilled.

Pet care experience
I have about 5 years experience petsitting with over 2 of those on Rover. All of this on top of taking care of family pets my whole life. I make a point of making sure I try to keep the animals’ routines as similar as possible to their regular schedules to ensure comfort. Look forward to getting regular updates and tons of photos and videos of your furry friends while you’re away.

Alix did an excellent job when she dog/house sat for our dog Max. Our dog gets anxious when we leave and she helped him to make sure he ate. She sent us pictures every day and even helped water our plants. We’d recommend Alix and will definitely be looking for her to take care of Max in the future!
