Pet care experience
My husband and I have both had pets since we were children. We have an nearly 2 year old Vizsla so are very used to lively large dogs that can be demanding meeting their needs as well as puppies and dogs with medical needs Please note meet and greet local to myself will be required to ensure we are the right people for you and our dogs are compatible for your dogs stay with us. I’m a nurse (so DBS checked) and work nights and my husband works days so someone’s always home. I have also attended the Canine Health and First Aid and am insured. We have a fenced back garden and a smoke free home. We will walk your pet in the beautiful countryside surrounding us or the seaside nearby and also have plenty of toys and enrichment games at home including a paddling pool for those dogs that love water. We will strive to keep your dog in their usual routine and as safe happy and comfortable as you would yourself

Alitia is a skilled and compassionate dog owner and will go above and beyond to see that your pet is well cared for. Have no worries that they will be treated like one of her own. Alitia has owned dogs for many years, she is enthusiastic in meeting the needs of dogs and engages her own dog in lots of amazing activities like search and rescue to agility. She has gained lots of skills and experience over the years of owning her own dogs and you can rest assured your pup will be in very safe hands.
Great care! Alitia looked after my dog Maisie when we had to go away and she did a great job! Maisie absolutely loved her time with her. Alitia was really good at checking to see if there was anything that Maisie couldn't eat, or if she has any little habits that she needed to be aware of,like her night time routine etc. She is incredibly friendly and loving and Maisie didn't really want to leave🤣
Alitia has a loving and caring nature. Has always been surrounded with animals of her own or family and friends pets. Will look after your pet as if its her own. Highly recommended and always dependable.

We have a fenced back garden , a smoke free home and a park nearby for short walks and live near the seaside and country for longer walks. Pets are allowed on furniture in our house and on the bed if that’s what they are used too. We have a spare room with a single bed for overnight bed sleeps if required. I’m DBS checked, insured and have the canine first aid course.

Please let me know if your dog has any health needs or requests so we can best meet their needs. I am a Paediatric Nurse so have many transferable skills and we are both well used to administering medication to our own previous pets.
A typical day
We love exploring the countryside nearby and have many walks we often take and can adapt walks depending on your dogs needs. We can walk morning and evening if required. If I’m working a nursing shift I’ll usually be sleeping in the day and am happy to snuggle with your dog after their walk.
