Let me treat your pet like royalty!
I work from home, and am home all day. I live across from Exhibition Park in Guelph and can take your dog out for socializing with others, or go on quieter walks around the neighbourhood. I am a champion pet cuddler! I would love to spend time with your dog or cat and make them feel like royalty. Before moving to Ottawa this spring, I volunteered at the Guelph Humane Society. I am accustomed to dogs with different personalities and needs. I enjoy doing enrichment activities, playing with a favourite toy, practicing their training, or just relaxing! Whatever your pal needs. I have experience taking care of my own late dog who had dementia and who was deaf and vision impaired. I am also experienced in taking care of new adoptions who need decompression time, limited contact but their basic needs met. Whatever the situation, I'm your gal!

I have a small backyard for bathroom breaks, and live on a quiet street. I have a small crate available if needed, but I love snuggling on the couch and in bed with any furry friends! I can continue any training you're working on, or we can just relax together. Whatever you need.

Alissa is the BEST petsitter we've ever had. We left our beloved animals in her care on numerous occasions, including animals with special needs - and we NEVER had to worry. She gave us peace of mind that is truly priceless!
Alissa was super reliable, really friendly and my dog Bruce absolutely loved her. Very trustworthy. Clear communication. My dog could be quite fearful of people but I was amazed at how quickly he took to her. I have known Alissa now for over 10 years and she is the first call I make when I need help or support.
